Manage budgets, audits/inspections, certifications/recertifications, maintenance coordination, and HR tasks to ensure program compliance and high-quality resident service.

Manage day-to-day operations and leasing for multiple apartment communities, lead sales team from lead generation through lease close, handle resident services, collections, pricing, administration, inspections, training, and travel between properties as assigned.

Oversee multi-site property operations including supervising on-site staff, leasing, resident relations, maintenance, budgets, marketing, vendor management, and legal compliance. Travel between properties as needed to meet financial and operational goals, ensure occupancy, and maintain property standards.
