Manages the fiscal, operational, compliance, marketing, leasing, and personnel activities of an affordable housing community. Oversees move-ins, move-outs, recertifications, collections, inspections, regulatory compliance, staff hiring and development, resident service, and property maintenance coordination. Requires knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, Fair Housing, and related housing regulations, along with financial management, leasing, software, and property management experience.

Manages affordable housing communities, including fiscal accountability, leasing, marketing, collections, staff supervision, resident services, maintenance coordination, and physical asset management. Ensures compliance with LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, HOME, HTF, Fair Housing, OSHA, and related regulations. Completes certifications, move-ins and move-outs, inspections, reporting, employee training, performance management, and administrative duties while serving as a representative to property owners and regulatory agencies.

Oversee apartment community operations, staff supervision, leasing, resident relations, budgeting, collections, marketing, maintenance coordination, vendor management, compliance, and property performance. The Community Manager resolves resident concerns, supports occupancy and rent goals, reviews financial documentation, inspects the property, and ensures company, safety, and legal standards are met.
