Provide administrative support across People & Culture functions including HR operations, compliance audits, personnel file management, employee engagement/events, project coordination, data entry/reconciliation, and reporting using Excel and Power BI.

Serve as a bridge between mortgage business stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements, create prototypes, validate APIs/integrations, manage roadmaps, guide full‑stack development, coordinate testing and UAT, and monitor product adoption and improvements.

Audit and prepare loan closing documents to ensure completeness and regulatory compliance. Review titles, contracts, HUDs, disclosures, and supporting documents; coordinate with processors, underwriters, and title companies to resolve conditions and finalize closings.

Review, prepare, and verify mortgage loan documentation; coordinate with originators, borrowers, underwriters, and vendors; order verifications and appraisals; pre-underwrite files, clear underwriting/funding conditions, prepare pipeline reports, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate closings to facilitate timely loan closings.

Audit and prepare closing documents for mortgage loans, ensuring files meet federal and state compliance. Verify accuracy of loan data and closing paperwork (HUDs, GFEs, TILs, titles, appraisals, IDs), coordinate with underwriting and title companies to clear conditions, perform final compliance checks, and address tolerance violations prior to document release. May require occasional overtime and travel.

Serve as a hands-on HR advisor for West Coast divisions, leading employee relations, performance management, talent development, investigations, HR strategy, job description updates, and DE&I initiatives. Partner with leaders on compensation, onboarding, training, and HR systems to improve engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness while ensuring compliance with federal and West Coast state employment laws.

Responsible for reviewing, preparing, and verifying mortgage loan documentation, coordinating with originators, borrowers, underwriters and vendors to ensure accurate, compliant files and timely closings while managing a pipeline of loans and resolving issues.
