Teams at NFM Lending

Serve as a bridge between mortgage business stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements, create prototypes, validate APIs/integrations, manage roadmaps, guide full‑stack development, coordinate testing and UAT, and monitor product adoption and improvements.

Audit and prepare closing documents for mortgage loans, ensuring files meet federal and state compliance. Verify accuracy of loan data and closing paperwork (HUDs, GFEs, TILs, titles, appraisals, IDs), coordinate with underwriting and title companies to clear conditions, perform final compliance checks, and address tolerance violations prior to document release. May require occasional overtime and travel.

Responsible for reviewing, preparing, and verifying mortgage loan documentation, coordinating with originators, borrowers, underwriters and vendors to ensure accurate, compliant files and timely closings while managing a pipeline of loans and resolving issues.
