Owns MEDITECH revenue cycle and financial applications across a multi-facility healthcare organization. Leads the MEDITECH Expanse migration, including configuration, financial dictionary mapping, testing, report conversion, cutover, and stabilization. Supports patient accounting, admissions, authorization tracking, charge capture, billing, interfaces, reporting, and financial data integrity. Leads enterprise IT initiatives from intake through closeout, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, governance approvals, and stakeholder communications. Support patient safety, quality improvement, family communication, and continuity of care within a multidisciplinary rehab and True North adolescent behavioral health program.

Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care for children and adolescents with complex medical, developmental, neurobehavioral, and rehabilitation needs. Responsibilities include evaluations, diagnosis, treatment, medication management, admissions, discharges, rounds, care coordination, interdisciplinary collaboration, documentation, family communication, education, and participation in quality, safety, and infection-prevention initiatives.
