Develops, implements, and evaluates clinical education programs; leads onboarding and orientation; coaches and mentors interdisciplinary staff; manages competencies and regulatory readiness; supports quality improvement and evidence-based practice across pediatric behavioral health and complex medical care.

Provide daily medical management for pediatric inpatient rehabilitation and adolescent behavioral health patients. Admit, evaluate, perform rounds, manage medications and nutrition, coordinate discharges, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including psychiatry, therapy, nursing, and case management. Support patient safety, quality improvement, family communication, and continuity of care within a multidisciplinary rehab and True North adolescent behavioral health program.

Provide front-desk telephone and receptionist services, greet visitors, manage mail and deliveries, perform clerical and administrative tasks, maintain receptionist supplies and filing, handle cash sales, assist with charge batches and journals, support staff with secretarial duties, and ensure infection control and required screening checks are completed.
