Coordinate nursing schedules, manage staffing changes, monitor adequate coverage, maintain call-in/cancellation logs, track licenses/certifications, use PRN lists to fill shifts, ensure time and attendance compliance, and support staffing-related administrative tasks.

Provide individual, group, milieu, and family psychotherapy for adolescents with co-occurring psychiatric and medical disorders in an inpatient pediatric setting. Develop and document individualized treatment goals, participate in interdisciplinary team planning, perform behavioral and psychosocial assessments, support de-escalation and staff training, assist with discharge planning, and maintain compliant clinical documentation and evidence-based practices.

Reviews referrals, medical records, clinical histories, and assessments to determine patient appropriateness, acuity, medical necessity, and program fit. Prepares clinical evaluations supporting admissions and payer authorization decisions, obtains missing documentation, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and referral sources. Maintains compliance with payer and regulatory requirements, manages multiple timely reviews, supports workflow improvements, and may provide clinical guidance, mentoring, and leadership.
