Owns MEDITECH revenue cycle and financial applications across a multi-facility healthcare organization. Leads the MEDITECH Expanse migration, including configuration, financial dictionary mapping, testing, report conversion, cutover, and stabilization. Supports patient accounting, admissions, authorization tracking, charge capture, billing, interfaces, reporting, and financial data integrity. Translates business requirements into system solutions, develops workflows and test scripts, trains users, resolves escalated issues, and partners with Finance, Revenue Cycle, and IT leadership.

Owns and supports MEDITECH pharmacy and medication-management applications across a multi-facility pediatric and behavioral healthcare network. Responsibilities include configuring pharmacy workflows, formularies, dosing rules, order sets, eMAR, barcode medication administration, interfaces, and reports. Leads pharmacy activities for the 14-month MEDITECH Expanse migration, including requirements, testing, data conversion validation, training, cutover, and stabilization. Partners with clinical stakeholders, supports compliance and medication safety, and participates in on-call and onsite implementation activities.

Leads enterprise IT initiatives from intake through closeout, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, governance approvals, and stakeholder communications. Coordinates infrastructure rollouts, platform migrations, security and badge access projects, and system integrations while partnering with engineering teams and vendors. Presents status and change requests to the IT Governance Board, develops executive reporting and project documentation, and supports deployments, cutovers, and compliance considerations across a multi-facility healthcare environment.
