Provide individual, group, milieu, and family psychotherapy for adolescents with co-occurring psychiatric and medical disorders in an inpatient pediatric setting. Develop and document individualized treatment goals, participate in interdisciplinary team planning, perform behavioral and psychosocial assessments, support de-escalation and staff training, assist with discharge planning, and maintain compliant clinical documentation and evidence-based practices.

Provides system-wide executive and operational oversight of clinical services across multiple healthcare locations. Leads program development, clinical standardization, quality and safety initiatives, regulatory readiness, workforce development, patient advocacy, budgeting, and performance improvement. The role coordinates medical, nursing, behavioral health, rehabilitation, and psychosocial services while advancing evidence-based, patient-centered care for complex populations.

Provide administrative HR support for onboarding, personnel records, compliance tracking, employee inquiries, and office duties. Maintain confidential files, prepare HR documentation, assist with orientation and trainings, support employee engagement events, and help with audits and special HR projects on an as-needed (PRN) basis.
