Lead and coordinate clinical services for children affected by parental substance use: assess needs, develop individualized treatment plans, provide individual/group and family therapy, coordinate referrals and case management, design child-focused programs, train staff, monitor outcomes and compliance, and collaborate with external partners to ensure continuity of care and program effectiveness.

Provide safe, developmentally appropriate care for children in the Child Development Center following Texas DFPS standards. Lead activities, assist parents, document behaviors and attendance, supervise hygiene and medication, help develop lesson plans, attend required training, report abuse/neglect, and transport children for school, appointments, and outings.
