Support education faculty by assisting students in the classroom, supervising and mentoring resident students, maintaining safety and confidentiality, participating in trainings, and supporting Nexus treatment philosophy.

Ensures trauma-informed care, compliance with licensing, service and treatment plan quality, staff training, performance evaluation, safety, and contributes to budgeting and strategic clinical initiatives.

Manage assigned business unit accounting functions, budgeting, fiscal reporting, and compliance. Supervise and develop accounting staff, approve expenditures, support finance leadership on contracts and program expansions, and ensure timely statutory and funding-source financial reporting.
