Provide assessment, treatment, and case management for youth and families in a treatment foster care program. Provide clinical leadership and supervision for a regional crisis center: manage operations, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee treatment planning and documentation, use data for quality improvement, hire/train/mentor staff, and maintain safety and culturally responsive practices.

Oversee clinical staff and daily operations at a 13-bed youth crisis and stabilization center. Develop and maintain clinical policies, ensure trauma-informed care, monitor treatment plans and outcomes, supervise hiring/training/performance, ensure compliance with licensing and safety, collaborate on quality improvement and budgeting, and occasionally provide direct therapy.

Lead and supervise clinical programming for a residential trauma-informed youth treatment program. Manage admissions/discharges, quality assurance, staff selection and development, policy compliance, training, budget responsibilities, crisis response, and ensure culturally responsive care.

Support education faculty by assisting students in the classroom, supervising and mentoring resident students, maintaining safety and confidentiality, participating in trainings, and supporting Nexus treatment philosophy.

On-site unpaid internship providing hands-on, supervised experience in social work/counseling with youth (ages 10–20). Interns apply classroom theory, participate in orientation, maintain confidentiality, meet supervision and schedule requirements, and may shadow staff across treatment areas. Internships are short-term and flexible to academic schedules.

Provide one-on-one and classroom instructional support, supervise and mentor students in educational and residential settings, assist with IEPs and treatment plans, maintain safety and behavior management (including restraints), prepare materials, track attendance/progress, and participate in trainings and emergency protocols.

Support classroom teachers by providing one-on-one and group instructional assistance, preparing materials, supervising students, enforcing safety and treatment plans, assisting with records and transportation, and serving as a mentor in a residential school setting for grades 6–12.
