Oversee and coordinate special education services and IEP compliance at a residential treatment school. Supervise staff, chair IEP meetings, ensure state and federal compliance, develop program goals, provide training, manage records, and collaborate with therapists, administration, and external agencies to support student academic and behavioral outcomes.

Lead and mentor staff in a trauma-informed residential youth program, manage daily operations and staffing, ensure documentation and safety, coach and train employees, coordinate treatment routines and family contacts, assist hiring, and provide direct floor coverage as needed.

Master's-level clinical intern will apply classroom learning to hands-on mental/behavioral health work with youth and families. Responsibilities include meeting academic internship requirements, participating in onboarding and supervision, maintaining confidentiality and schedules, supporting trauma-informed care, shadowing clinicians, and completing duties as assigned. Internship is unpaid and onsite in Onamia, MN.
