Own IT support and systems operations for the Pune office, including service desk management, endpoint and asset lifecycle, onboarding and offboarding, identity and access administration, SaaS licensing, vendor coordination, office IT, and security compliance support. Provide macOS and Windows troubleshooting, maintain MDM and inventories, document procedures, support audits, and coordinate with US IT leadership across time zones.

Build the GTM operating layer from scratch: create revenue cadence and forecasting, run pipeline reviews, enable deal execution (SOWs/MSAs/pricing), onboard and scale sellers and solution architects, lead demand gen/channel/analyst relations, design pricing and packaging, and build Sales Ops/RevOps systems and automations to support a future CRO. The Forward Deployed Engagement Manager owns customer solution delivery, manages account relationships, ensures successful program execution, and aligns technical requirements with engineering capabilities.

Own enterprise sales cycles for NexusOne: prospect and develop new business, engage C-level stakeholders, present data and AI solutions with technical teams, negotiate and close deals, manage pipeline/CRM, provide market insights, collaborate cross-functionally, advise executive leadership, lead strategic initiatives, and serve as primary communication hub across stakeholders.

Partner with Sales and Product teams to design and demo NX1 data platform solutions, lead POCs and onboarding, define architecture and product roadmap, and provide technical guidance and best practices for enterprise data and AI/ML workloads.
