Develop and maintain native iOS applications end to end using Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit. Integrate backend APIs, authentication, caching, and offline functionality; write unit and UI tests; manage builds, signing, TestFlight, App Store releases, and post-launch monitoring. Collaborate with backend, Android, design, and QA teams while maintaining modular architecture, accessibility, and multiple environment configurations.

Manage day-to-day HR operations across India and support U.S. HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, leave, benefits, payroll coordination, compliance, recruiting support, and employee engagement. Maintain HR documentation and the Notion People Ops hub, assist with performance cycles and HR technology rollouts, and support compensation benchmarking and people reporting. The role partners with global People Operations and hiring managers in a fast-growing, cross-border organization.

The Technical Program Manager coordinates complex customer engagements, developing project plans, managing resources, leading meetings, and tracking progress while supporting the engineering delivery team.
