Join a new Inside Sales Business Unit in Porto as an Inside Sales Representative (Level 1). Execute inbound and outbound campaigns, qualify prospects, run discovery calls, manage deals through to signature, maintain pipeline in Salesforce, collaborate with Marketing/BDRs/Field Sales, and hit monthly and quarterly targets.

Responsibilities include engineering strategy, delivery, scalability, reliability, organizational growth, architectural coherence, AI evaluation and cost management, and leading an agentic development transformation using Claude Code. The role requires technical credibility, strong executive communication, experience leading through managers, and a track record of shipping AI features and multi-tenant B2B SaaS at scale.

Leads a 30-person-plus engineering organization building Nextlane’s cloud platform, AI products, and replacement for legacy dealer management systems. Owns engineering strategy, delivery, scalability, reliability, architecture, AI evaluation and cost discipline, and agentic development adoption. Develops engineering leaders, drives cross-functional alignment, and ensures customer-facing AI capabilities and migrated platform modules reach production. Requires experience leading managers, shipping AI features to paying customers, transforming engineering operations through agentic development, and building cloud-native B2B SaaS at scale.

Supports web applications by reviewing brand quality checklists, documenting results, opening Jira tickets, requesting relaunches, and troubleshooting issues. Reports recurring failures, proposes corrective actions, and shares findings with the support team. The internship provides practical experience with APIs, integrations, scripts, cron jobs, databases, and web technologies in an international customer excellence environment.

Provide customer and technical support for Nextlane software, primarily Sage 100 and ERP solutions, for French-speaking customers. Responsibilities include analyzing and resolving issues, managing and prioritizing tickets, documenting interactions, escalating complex incidents, communicating resolution progress, maintaining knowledge bases, and collaborating with support, infrastructure, consulting, and sales teams.
