Teams at Nextlane

Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team while partnering with the CHRO on strategy, budgeting and headcount. Own global recruitment processes, ATS and AI interview tools, build and report KPI dashboards, ensure compliance (e.g., EU Pay Transparency Directive), drive AI adoption, and manage stakeholder relationships to meet SLAs and hiring goals.

Lead identification, onboarding and management of strategic partners across France and Benelux. Develop partnership agreements, joint GTM plans, and co-own partner-driven revenue targets. Coordinate cross-functionally to enable integrations, scale partner initiatives, and report on partner performance. Represent Nextlane at industry events and executive forums to grow the partner ecosystem.

Design, develop, and deliver scalable mobile features primarily in Flutter, contribute native iOS/Android code, drive architectural decisions, lead integrations, improve testing and CI/CD, mentor engineers, and raise mobile platform quality and performance.
