Design, maintain, and expand AI-assisted automated test frameworks across web, mobile, and API applications. Build Playwright-based tests, integrate suites into CI/CD pipelines, perform regression, performance, smoke, visual, and API testing, and use AI tools to accelerate failure triage and root-cause analysis. Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to improve test coverage, reliability, and signal quality while researching emerging AI/ML testing methods.

Own the reliability, scalability, performance, and operational excellence of middleware and cloud infrastructure platforms. Manage Kafka, vector databases, GCP, and GKE environments; develop automation and observability; define SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets; support database operations; and lead incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews. Participate in follow-the-sun support and weekend on-call rotations while providing technical leadership and mentoring.

Drive expansion revenue from existing small-business customers through proactive outbound calls, email, SMS, and video conversations. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, understand customer needs, demonstrate AI-powered solutions, manage opportunities through close, and maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline data. The role requires meeting revenue targets, communicating fluently in English, managing a fast sales cycle, applying coaching, and using AI tools to improve performance.
