Support the CEO by managing information flow, communications, briefings, decision support, cross-functional coordination, and follow-through on executive priorities. Prepare the CEO for meetings and stakeholder interactions, translate direction into action, track commitments, surface risks, and use AI to improve research, communication, knowledge management, and project tracking. The role partners closely with the Executive Assistant, Strategic Planning, and leadership teams and requires approximately four days onsite in Scottsdale, with occasional light travel.

Own the sales enablement training calendar, coordinate training priorities with sales and go-to-market teams, deliver product and sales training sessions, manage representative capacity, and maintain recurring enablement as product updates are released. Partner with Customer Success enablement, Learning and Development, Marketing, product teams, and sales leadership to turn documentation into practical training while balancing competing stakeholder priorities.

Perform 100% outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and social selling to identify and qualify opportunities using SPICED. Manage daily activities to generate pipeline, partner with Account Executives, and leverage AI and sales tools to personalize outreach and improve efficiency.
