Teams at Nexthop AI

Provides frontline technical support for AI networking infrastructure. Diagnoses network performance, configuration, and connectivity issues; collaborates with hardware and software engineers on reproductions, workarounds, and fixes; creates troubleshooting documentation; develops product expertise; participates in 24/7 on-call coverage; and contributes to incident reviews and process improvements.

Provide technical support, troubleshoot complex networking issues, maintain customer communication, and collaborate with engineering teams for resolutions. Participate in on-call rotations and improve service metrics.

Develop and run user-space platform drivers and diagnostics, read kernel driver code, lead design reviews, collaborate with hardware engineers on stress tests, enable systems from bring-up to AI datacenter deployment, and support manufacturing/EMI/Safety/MDVT/packaging diagnostics. Travel to manufacturing sites in Asia and Santa Clara for hardware bring-up; contribute to shaping startup culture.
