Join Nexthop AI as an Associate Customer Engineer to design and optimize network architectures, support customer trials, and collaborate with hyperscaler teams in Mandarin and English.

Test products and solutions across platform, functional, feature, solution, and regression testing. Build and maintain automated tests and testbeds, qualify software releases, track quality metrics, and troubleshoot complex hardware and software networking issues. Collaborate with engineering and customer-facing teams on proof-of-concept testing, reproduce faults, and improve test scripts to prevent recurring defects.

Provide technical support, troubleshoot complex networking issues, maintain customer communication, and collaborate with engineering teams for resolutions. Participate in on-call rotations and improve service metrics.
