Provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance and commercial control, and deliver projects on time and on budget.

Lead Engineer responsible for delivering data centre engineering and design across Japan projects. Hands-on work across feasibility, detailed mechanical and electrical design, tendering, managing design consultants, ensuring compliance with Japanese codes, coordinating with authorities/utilities, overseeing commissioning on site, and providing customer engineering support while aligning with global Engineering & Design CoE.

Lead identification and acquisition of land for NEXTDC data centres globally. Define site requirements, evaluate and recommend candidate sites, manage due diligence, negotiate land and utility agreements, ensure grid power and utility viability, and coordinate with executives, engineers, governments, councils and stakeholders to secure approvals and enable accelerated development.
