Design, develop and deliver high-impact learning and talent solutions across leadership, professional and technical areas. Incorporate AI-enabled approaches, support talent processes (talent reviews, performance cycles, development planning), partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps, and manage end-to-end delivery from scoping to evaluation and continuous improvement.

Manage daily cash positions, liquidity forecasting and transactional banking. Administer debt facilities, drawdowns, repayments and compliance. Prepare Treasury Committee, board and external treasury reports. Support debt and equity raises, financial modelling, investor engagement and treasury automation.

Lead end-to-end delivery of hyperscale data centre projects, overseeing planning, design, approvals, construction, contractors, budgets, risk, quality, safety and stakeholder engagement. Provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance and commercial control, and deliver projects on time and on budget.
