Manage daily cash positions, liquidity forecasting and transactional banking. Administer debt facilities, drawdowns, repayments and compliance. Prepare Treasury Committee, board and external treasury reports. Support debt and equity raises, financial modelling, investor engagement and treasury automation.

Lead end-to-end delivery of hyperscale data centre projects, overseeing planning, design, approvals, construction, contractors, budgets, risk, quality, safety and stakeholder engagement. Provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance and commercial control, and deliver projects on time and on budget.

Oversee commercial governance and cost control for colocation development projects, ensuring strong outcomes and delivery certainty through proactive commercial oversight and risk management.
