Design, build and operate the initial network automation, monitoring, and tooling stack for IT and OT networks in a data centre. Create automation playbooks, select toolchain components (Git, CI/CD, Ansible/Terraform), configure monitoring/logging, document runbooks, and provide diagnostics to support incident and problem management.

Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle and HR systems. Handle onboarding/offboarding paperwork, respond to routine employee enquiries, maintain HR data, assist P&C initiatives and reporting, and keep intranet content current. Support annual P&C activities and wellbeing/recognition programs during a 12-month parental leave cover.

Lead Engineer responsible for delivering engineering and design for data centre projects in Japan. Hands-on role across feasibility, detailed M&E design, tender specifications, commissioning and handover. Ensure compliance with Japanese codes, manage consultants, coordinate with authorities and utilities, witness commissioning, provide customer engineering support, and collaborate with the Engineering & Design Centre of Excellence to drive standardisation.
