Leads commercial activities for hyperscale data centre construction projects, including procurement, contracting, cost control, forecasting, financial reporting, risk management, compliance, claims, variations, and stakeholder relationships. The role provides strategic commercial guidance, manages contractors and vendors, and leads commercial teams to deliver cost-efficient, financially sound project outcomes.

Owns end-user computing operations and support, including hardware, virtual desktops, endpoint management, identity and access, software deployment, patching, security, collaboration technology, and stakeholder solutions. The role independently diagnoses technical issues, manages Microsoft endpoint platforms, supports meeting-room and digital-signage technology, and leads evaluation and rollout of new end-user technologies.

Operate and continuously improve IT and OT networks across data centres. Configure, troubleshoot, and execute changes involving switching, routing, firewalls, VPN, wireless, monitoring, logging, and out-of-band management. Own incident diagnosis, standard changes, runbook improvements, and risk identification. Integrate monitoring with ITSM, CMDB, and DCIM platforms while contributing to automation for configuration backups, compliance checks, and bulk changes.
