Support financial operations including receivables management, dunning, account reconciliation, and processing travel expenses. Act as contact for customers/debtors, assist with reportable foreign payments, financial planning, and general back-office tasks under executive guidance.

Design responsive, conversion-optimized website layouts and landing pages; create UI/UX for intuitive user journeys across devices; optimize site architecture and technical SEO; monitor and improve performance, accessibility, and conversions; implement designs compatible with Nextcloud theming; produce graphics and UI assets; collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay current with web design and SEO best practices.

Develop front-end features for server-side user interfaces using WebRTC, JavaScript, and some PHP. Implement and improve apps (File management, Calendar, Contacts), perform cross-platform testing and quality assurance, collaborate within an open-source distributed team, and contribute via Git/GitHub.

Provide pre-sales technical support for infrastructure-focused products: assist sales with bids, quotations, POCs/pilots, demos and presentations; deliver training and support materials; handle after-sales technical backup; attend marketing events; help design custom solutions and liaise with engineering and sales teams.

Develop backend features and integrations for Nextcloud, including authentication, storage, audio/video chat, and AI services. Design databases and systems, integrate LLMs and speech/vision models, ensure quality, and work on time-boxed projects within an open source, distributed team.
