Uses analytics to improve engagement and supports enrollment, fundraising, recruitment, awareness, and organizational communications.

Lead organization-wide compliance for Head Start and related programs by building monitoring systems, readiness processes, corrective action tracking, and documentation standards. Coordinate across departments, prepare for federal monitoring and audits, translate regulations into tools and training, manage corrective actions, and report compliance status to executive leadership and governance bodies.
