Provide administrative and coordination support to the Chief of Staff and Executive Team, including calendar management, meeting and event logistics, document preparation, follow-up tracking, basic communications and presentation support, technology coordination (Teams/Outlook/Office/Canva), and ad hoc special projects to advance organizational priorities.

Designs, delivers, and evaluates trainings on early childhood development, licensing, and Head Start standards across in-person, asynchronous, and hybrid platforms; supports onboarding, Pathways mentorship, maintains training records and LMS, and ensures trainer certification and documentation.

Manage contractual compliance and monitoring of childcare partner programs, ensure School Readiness implementation, supervise Instructional Coaches, conduct assessments and health/safety checks, maintain program records, provide training and technical assistance, and compile program reports for stakeholders.

Lead organization-wide compliance for Head Start and related programs by building monitoring systems, readiness processes, corrective action tracking, and documentation standards. Coordinate across departments, prepare for federal monitoring and audits, translate regulations into tools and training, manage corrective actions, and report compliance status to executive leadership and governance bodies.

Lead and supervise Early Head Start and Head Start classroom teams to implement evidence-based instructional practices, ensure compliance with Head Start and licensing standards, conduct observations (CLASS), oversee assessments and paperwork, support professional development, and act as site leader when needed.

Provide leadership and day-to-day management of Head Start and Early Head Start programs, ensuring compliance with program standards and licensing, overseeing budgets and grants, leading accreditation, supervising and developing staff, collecting and reporting outcomes, and partnering on training, technical assistance, and grant management.

Lead employee engagement, recognition, and wellness initiatives. Plan and execute events, facilitate focus groups, collect feedback, and collaborate with HR and leadership to promote culture, belonging, and staff well-being across the organization. Support onboarding, recognition programs, and ongoing staff development and evaluation.

Work directly with preschool children with developmental delays and social/emotional needs, implementing individualized instruction and behavior plans under supervision. Support IEP/behavior plan development, collect progress data, communicate with teachers and families, follow Pyramid Model and agency policies, attend trainings, and maintain confidentiality and safety standards.
