Manages master data, validates data quality, analyzes information from multiple sources, develops statistical models and reports, troubleshoots reporting databases, supports data integrity initiatives, and trains users on dashboards. The role also translates reporting requirements, recommends software solutions, and communicates findings to stakeholders.

Leads Next Door’s agency-wide marketing and communications strategy, campaigns, brand messaging, digital and social media, public relations, storytelling, and vendor relationships. Manages marketing projects, budgets, workflows, and the Visual Media Specialist while partnering across programs, development, HR, leadership, families, and community stakeholders. Uses analytics to improve engagement and supports enrollment, fundraising, recruitment, awareness, and organizational communications.

Lead organization-wide compliance for Head Start and related programs by building monitoring systems, readiness processes, corrective action tracking, and documentation standards. Coordinate across departments, prepare for federal monitoring and audits, translate regulations into tools and training, manage corrective actions, and report compliance status to executive leadership and governance bodies.
