Assist in dietary department tasks including serving meals according to portion control and appearance standards, and performing daily/scheduled cleaning duties following established food policies and procedures.

Manage facility billing and collections, oversee accounts receivable/payable and resident trust fund reconciliations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide statements to residents or legal representatives.

Provides direct nursing care under RN/DON supervision for residents at a rehabilitation facility. Administers medications and treatments per physician orders, observes and reports condition changes, and maintains accurate clinical documentation. Works 12-hour shifts (6a-6p or 6p-6a).
