Leads in-game defensive play calling, halftime adjustments, and post-game reviews while collaborating with the Head Coach, Director of Coaching, and personnel staff. The role also includes coaching international and women athletes, participating in media obligations, and upholding league conduct and broadcast standards.

Designs and installs the offensive system for a professional flag football franchise, including playbook development, practice planning, player teaching, film review, and in-game play calling. Evaluates and develops athletes, creates individual development plans, adapts schemes to opponents, and collaborates with the Head Coach, Director of Coaching, and player personnel staff. The role also includes broadcast interviews, media obligations, cross-franchise coaching development, and maintaining league conduct and athlete welfare standards.
