Partners with Sales to onboard clients, develop activation plans, coordinate events and marketing assets, create proposals, review materials, and present season-end performance recaps. Requires sports partnership activation experience, strong organization, communication, presentation, relationship-building, and project execution skills.

Lead and build the Flag Football Partnerships function, including sponsorship sales, partnership management, activation, renewals, and revenue growth. Develop commercial strategy, secure major partners, manage negotiations and forecasts, build high-performing teams, and collaborate with TMRW Sports, the NFL, media, marketing, events, and operations. The role requires extensive sports, entertainment, media, or live-events partnership experience and willingness to travel.

Leads cybersecurity operations including incident response, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, GRC, security monitoring, and risk reduction across cloud, endpoint, identity, and third-party environments. Investigates complex security events, coordinates containment and recovery, develops threat hunting strategies, improves security processes, maintains response documentation, delivers security awareness training, and supports cybersecurity planning for live events and venues. Serves as a cybersecurity subject matter expert and participates in after-hours incident response.
