Lead full-cycle partnership sales for TMRW Sports' NFL flag football league: source and pitch sponsors, craft integrated sponsorship programs, manage proposals and agency resources, transition deals to Client Services, and collaborate with Partnerships to build scalable, revenue-generating relationships. Frequent domestic travel required.

Lead all strategic and operational aspects of the league’s primary venue and campus: venue operations, facilities engineering, capital projects, event execution, vendor management, safety and emergency preparedness, financial and asset management, and revenue optimization. Build and lead cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance and world-class guest and athlete experiences, and drive venue utilization through league and non-league programming.
