As Platform Operations Lead, you will enhance the operational maturity of NexGen Cloud's infrastructure, focusing on automation, reliability, and incident response while improving processes across teams.

Lead new logo acquisition across the US and UK, targeting large enterprise, HPC, and AI model/application builders. Own identification, pursuit, and negotiation of complex multi-year GPU cluster deals, maintain executive-level relationships, and align commercial contracts with Legal, Finance, and delivery teams.

The Presales Engineer supports sales by designing technical solutions for GPU cloud needs, conducting demos, and enabling sales teams with technical insights.
