Recruit and manage resellers, referral partners, MSPs, VARs, agencies, and other strategic partners; establish program structures, processes, enablement, and partner economics; develop partner-sourced pipeline and new-logo revenue; support co-selling; monitor performance; and report results to Sales leadership. This autonomous individual-contributor role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, and Support.

Owns end-to-end relationships for an assigned portfolio of digital cloud customers. Responsibilities include proactive check-ins, QBRs, issue triage, coordinating technical resources, maintaining account context, communicating product roadmaps, reducing churn, and driving expansion, cross-sell, upsell, annual-contract conversion, and net revenue retention.
