Own end-to-end quality for Nex Playground across hardware, firmware, PlayOS, and games. Develop risk-based test strategies, validate compatibility, OTA updates, recovery, performance, reliability, and real-world conditions. Build automation and diagnostic tooling, manage regression coverage, lead defect triage, coordinate external QA vendors, and provide release readiness recommendations. Partner cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to identify risks, prevent regressions, and improve testing practices.

Supports Content Operations through budget tracking, spending analysis, reconciliations, reporting, data validation, invoice and subscription administration, risk tracking, documentation, and process improvement. Interns will design, implement, test, document, measure, and launch production-ready projects while debugging across device, network, backend, and cloud boundaries. Develop and evaluate machine learning models for computational perception and interaction.
