Design and implement a performant, cross-platform framework for sensing, detection, haptics, and ML inference. Build runtime execution systems, hardware abstraction layers, and developer APIs; integrate cameras, microphones, and haptics; optimize real-time multimodal pipelines and improve framework stability, performance, and developer experience.

Build and maintain ML infrastructure: training pipelines, data workflows, model integration and serving, tooling for experimentation, optimization of data pipelines, and collaboration with researchers to productionize models.

Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition Operations team, focusing on data analytics, candidate experience, operational enhancements, and tech enablement to improve hiring processes and efficiency.
