Teams at Nex

Create and implement real-time visual effects in Unity, including gameplay feedback, environmental effects, shaders, and dynamic character visuals. Collaborate with artists, designers, and engineers to improve game feel, optimize performance, troubleshoot rendering issues, and develop tools and scripts that streamline workflows. The role requires strong technical knowledge of Unity rendering systems, shader creation, C# scripting, visual timing, and real-time performance optimization.

Lead Nex’s marketing creative direction from concept through launch, shaping campaigns across paid media, social, retail, launches, and partnerships. Develop concepts, art direct production, maintain a high creative standard, and provide hands-on feedback and execution. Build and coach the creative team, improve review processes, and partner with senior stakeholders to connect creative work to business outcomes. Operate independently in a fast-moving environment while strengthening Nex’s distinctive, playful brand.

Creates and leads visual design across websites, social media, email, retail materials, Amazon, and product launches. Develops cohesive campaign assets, manages creative workflows and production timelines, coordinates agencies and vendors, and collaborates with marketing and product teams. The role requires strong typography, color, layout, digital, retail, and campaign design expertise, along with a portfolio demonstrating broad creative work.
