Owns end-to-end QA for Nex Playground across hardware, firmware, PlayOS, and game experiences. Responsibilities include developing risk-based test strategies, validating updates and recovery flows, assessing performance and reliability, building automated regression coverage, investigating defects, managing external QA vendors, and providing release-readiness recommendations. The role partners cross-functionally to maintain compatibility, prevent regressions, and improve testing practices.

Lead the automated test engineering strategy for device software, hardware-integrated systems, and cloud services. Build reusable test frameworks, fixtures, harnesses, and CI/CD integrations for functional, regression, stress, reliability, and load testing. Improve product testability, define quality metrics and dashboards, investigate failures, and guide platform engineers through technical reviews and mentorship. The role also drives practical AI adoption in testing and collaborates with vendors and cross-functional teams.

Lead end-to-end development of soft and hard goods from concept through mass production and post-launch refinement. Coordinate design, engineering, packaging, compliance, quality, sourcing, factories, and vendors while managing scope, schedules, costs, risks, tooling, testing, regulatory approvals, and change control. Drive manufacturability, supplier performance, QA/QC, production readiness, and stakeholder communication across global teams.
