Supports People and Talent programs across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, learning and development, performance management, culture, diversity and inclusion, and employee experience. Serves as an employee point of contact for benefits, policies, and People Operations concerns. Provide day-to-day IT support for a security-conscious company. Manage Zendesk tickets, identity and access issues, SaaS provisioning, endpoint lifecycle, security triage, email administration, documentation, and offboarding. Provide onsite New York support for Windows and macOS troubleshooting, conference room AV, peripherals, office networking, equipment handling, new-hire setup, and events.

Own and improve NewtonX’s GCP-native platform infrastructure, including GKE, Cloud Run, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, observability, autoscaling, security controls, and data anonymization. Lead reliability improvements, infrastructure-as-code standards, supply-chain security, and on-call practices. Partner with engineering teams on architecture and production infrastructure decisions while operating shared systems across multiple deployment patterns and reliability requirements.

Own frontend architecture for React and TypeScript applications supporting complex research and analytics workflows. Build performant, accessible interfaces; establish standards for performance, testing, accessibility, and CI quality gates; evolve shared component libraries and design systems; partner on API contracts; address technical debt; contribute to Django services; and mentor engineers while leading department-wide technical initiatives.

Player-coach sales leader responsible for carrying an individual revenue target while managing, coaching, and growing an Account Executive team. Owns inbound lead conversion, pipeline discipline, forecasting, proposal quality, sales playbooks, recruiting, and onboarding. Partners with Product and Marketing to support self-serve tools and SMB growth. The role is expected to expand into broader regional sales leadership.

Lead development of performant React UIs and Python/Django backend services. Own architecture and org-level initiatives, improve test coverage, resolve technical debt, mentor engineers, and drive secure, scalable system design and best practices across the stack.

Design and build modular, performant React-based web interfaces that consume REST APIs and handle real-time, data-heavy views. Contribute to architecture, code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and technical mentorship while collaborating with Product, Design, and US-based engineering leadership across time zones.
