Build and own core LLM infrastructure for two products: self-serve research workflows and automated syndicated intelligence. Implement full-stack features (React/TypeScript front end, Python/Node.js back end), integrate LLMs (OpenAI/Anthropic), design semantic search and RAG pipelines, ensure cloud deployment (AWS, Docker), maintain testing and code quality, and translate user needs into scalable, research-grade AI systems.

Lead and build NewtonX's Medellin engineering hub: recruit and onboard backend/full-stack engineers, drive high-velocity delivery, maintain engineering standards, collaborate with US leadership, and shape technical direction and observability practices.

Design and maintain data pipelines (SQL, dbt, BigQuery), ensure data quality and event tracking, analyze A/B tests, build funnel and attribution reporting, create Looker dashboards, and support LLM-enriched data models for smarter targeting and segmentation.

Manage and grow NewtonX's largest independent agency relationships, drive new agency partnerships, own revenue and proposals ($10k–$500k+), coordinate cross-functional delivery, provide trainings/events, and develop scalable processes to support agency sales and client research opportunities.
