Lead strategic insights and market research projects for B2B clients, translating quantitative survey and statistical analysis into actionable recommendations. Manage client engagements, design surveys using methodologies such as conjoint and MaxDiff, present findings to nontechnical stakeholders, develop commercial offers, and coach Associates. The role supports marketing, product development, and strategic planning while helping build NewtonX’s professional services capabilities.

Build and own core LLM infrastructure for two products: self-serve research workflows and automated syndicated intelligence. Implement full-stack features (React/TypeScript front end, Python/Node.js back end), integrate LLMs (OpenAI/Anthropic), design semantic search and RAG pipelines, ensure cloud deployment (AWS, Docker), maintain testing and code quality, and translate user needs into scalable, research-grade AI systems.

Build and scale Python/Django REST APIs and React UIs, own department-wide technical initiatives, improve test coverage and system reliability, debug technical debt, mentor engineers, and drive architecture and tooling decisions.

Sell NewtonX research services to new enterprise clients. Prospect and qualify inbound/outbound leads, manage full sales cycle, conduct discovery and demos, forecast and plan accounts, maintain Salesforce records, and meet quota while building executive relationships.

Design and build modular, performant React-based web interfaces that consume REST APIs and handle real-time, data-heavy views. Contribute to architecture, code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and technical mentorship while collaborating with Product, Design, and US-based engineering leadership across time zones.

Design and build fault-tolerant, modular backend systems: REST APIs, scalable queueing/streaming, and data pipelines. Contribute to architecture, code review, debugging, CI/CD, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with product, data, and US-based teams.

Lead EMEA enterprise growth by prospecting and closing large accounts, building regional brand and outbound campaigns, designing bespoke research proposals, managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and mentoring junior sales staff.
