Supports People and Talent programs across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, learning and development, performance management, culture, diversity and inclusion, and employee experience. Serves as an employee point of contact for benefits, policies, and People Operations concerns. Improves and automates HR processes, partners with leaders, and helps scale a high-growth company’s people programs and culture.

Provide day-to-day IT support for a security-conscious company. Manage Zendesk tickets, identity and access issues, SaaS provisioning, endpoint lifecycle, security triage, email administration, documentation, and offboarding. Provide onsite New York support for Windows and macOS troubleshooting, conference room AV, peripherals, office networking, equipment handling, new-hire setup, and events.

Own and improve NewtonX’s GCP-native platform infrastructure, including GKE, Cloud Run, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, observability, autoscaling, security controls, and data anonymization. Lead reliability improvements, infrastructure-as-code standards, supply-chain security, and on-call practices. Partner with engineering teams on architecture and production infrastructure decisions while operating shared systems across multiple deployment patterns and reliability requirements.
