Complete formal and ongoing training while applying accounting, finance, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills in a high-stakes investment environment.

Manage marketing operations, content/collateral production, CRM and Asana workflows, digital campaigns, BD support, market research, event coordination, and reporting to support fundraising and client engagement.

Lead finance value-creation across PE portfolio companies: advise CFOs on reporting quality, controls, ERP selection, accounting issues, month-end and audit readiness, working capital, FP&A, recruiting finance leaders, and supporting diligence, integrations and exit readiness.

Lead sourcing, diligence, modeling, and negotiation of platform investments; manage and mentor investment team; engage with C-suite portfolio operators; present to Investment Committee; support fundraising and strategy for the Holdings Strategy.

Support investment team across sourcing, underwriting, execution, monitoring, and exits. Perform due diligence, financial modeling, market research, portfolio monitoring, prepare investment memos and LP communications, and engage with management teams and the entrepreneurial community.
