Owns the complete accounting cycle for two Romanian entities, including bookkeeping, period closing, group reporting, variance analysis, tax and statutory filings, payments, cash forecasting, fixed assets, audits, and financial statements. The role also supports budgeting, controls, process improvements, and completion of an Odoo implementation, including data migration validation and historical balance reconciliation. Requires independent collaboration with the Belgian finance team and occasional travel to Belgium.
