Teams at Newlands Church

Lead Guest Experience, Groups, and volunteer Build Team to connect and grow congregation. Recruit, train, and schedule volunteers; manage semester group data and events; coordinate weekend service logistics and follow-up for guests and new believers. Provide pastoral care (counseling, hospital visits, weddings, funerals) and active leadership during services while collaborating across departments.

Part-time, on-site role coordinating guest experience and volunteer Build Teams. Manage volunteer recruitment, scheduling, training, Planning Center workflows, weekend prep, email follow-up, event logistics, and administrative tasks (supplies, meals, expense reports). Supports cross-department collaboration and upholds ministry standards and trainings.
