The Community and Operations Associate supports the Newlab New Orleans space by managing front desk operations, assisting visitors, troubleshooting inquiries, coordinating events, and ensuring smooth administrative processes.

Lead startup attraction and localization in Louisiana by working hands-on with physical-tech startups to enable pilots, demonstrations, and early commercial deployments. Coordinate site selection, incentives, supply-chain partners, and technical scoping with regional stakeholders, utilities, and public agencies. Track deployment requirements, build localization playbooks, and support reporting, market research, and cross-functional alignment to accelerate commercialization.

Lead market research and build a geographic expansion pipeline, manage RFPs and proposals, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and develop repeatable frameworks to drive new-location commercialization and growth outcomes.

The role involves managing investment operations, LP coordination, fundraising efforts, and maintaining compliance and reporting for Newlab Investments.
