Manage Newlab’s New Orleans beta and permanent facilities, including technical infrastructure, labs, workshops, equipment, safety compliance, inventories, vendors, and contractors. Lead community operations, member onboarding, access, account management, and local programming. Develop SOPs, oversee maintenance and service providers, support facility construction and commissioning, conduct safety audits, and ensure compliance with building, environmental, health, and hazardous-material regulations. Manage teams while delivering a reliable, safe, and high-quality member experience.
