Lead and develop Project Managers, support planning and capital budgeting, and drive continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, standardization, and PMO maturity initiatives.

Develop and optimize multi-channel digital marketing strategies spanning SEO, SEM, paid advertising, email, social media, websites, and content. Manage campaigns, analyze KPIs, conduct market and competitor research, oversee digital content, and recommend data-driven improvements. Collaborate with product, creative, web, and external marketing teams to increase brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and revenue while maintaining consistent messaging and branding.
