Design, develop, validate, and troubleshoot single-use systems and components for biopharmaceutical manufacturing. Create CAD assemblies and drawings, produce specifications and BOMs, execute verification/validation protocols, author technical documentation and risk assessments, and collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain on customer-driven designs, manufacturability, and cost-reduction.

Manage supplier qualification, audits, and performance; investigate issues and lead CAPAs/SCARs; support supplier training, inspection processes, data analysis, and regulatory/customer audits; travel to domestic and international supplier sites.

Lead introduction of new products into full-scale manufacturing by defining processes, validating equipment and methods (IQ/OQ/PQ, FAI, FAT/SAT), executing pilot builds, documenting work instructions and validation reports, coordinating cross-functional teams, training operations, and supporting continuous improvement to ensure production readiness and quality.

Develop and optimize integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email, social, paid ads and website content. Monitor performance, conduct market research and competitor analysis, manage content publishing, collaborate with creative and development teams, and continuously optimize campaigns to drive awareness, leads, and revenue.

Support lifecycle, compliance, and performance of released medical products by resolving design and manufacturing issues, managing engineering changes, leading validation and risk assessments, supporting supplier qualification, and driving continuous improvement while working cross-functionally with Quality, Regulatory, Operations, R&D, and Supply Chain.
