Leads the design, governance, optimization, and scaling of pharmaceutical commercial processes. Owns CRM strategy, sales workflow automation, SOPs, reporting, forecasting, field enablement, performance management, and compensation process support. Partners with Finance, Marketing, Compliance, IT, Analytics, and other stakeholders to improve field productivity, data quality, compliant execution, and operational scalability across the commercial organization.

Develop and optimize multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, paid advertising, email, social media, and web content. Manage campaigns, analyze performance metrics, conduct market and competitor research, oversee digital content, and recommend data-driven improvements. Collaborate with product, creative, web, and external marketing teams to strengthen brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth.

Supports the performance, compliance, manufacturability, and lifecycle management of released products in regulated industries. Resolves technical issues, leads engineering changes, conducts risk assessments and verification/validation activities, maintains technical documentation, and supports line extensions. Partners with Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D, and suppliers on product changes, corrective actions, qualification activities, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Design, develop, validate, and troubleshoot single-use systems and components for biopharmaceutical manufacturing. Create CAD assemblies and drawings, produce specifications and BOMs, execute verification/validation protocols, author technical documentation and risk assessments, and collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain on customer-driven designs, manufacturability, and cost-reduction.

Lead introduction of new products into full-scale manufacturing by defining processes, validating equipment and methods (IQ/OQ/PQ, FAI, FAT/SAT), executing pilot builds, documenting work instructions and validation reports, coordinating cross-functional teams, training operations, and supporting continuous improvement to ensure production readiness and quality.
