Manage operation, maintenance, and reliability of all building systems at a large public library. Supervise and train a team of engineers, oversee vendors, run preventative maintenance, operate and troubleshoot HVAC/chillers/generators/elevators/plumbing/electrical systems, manage BMS, handle emergency response as on-site authority, administer budgeting, procurement, recordkeeping, and ensure compliance with safety and local codes.

Lead and develop the Product Management team, define multi-year IT product strategy and roadmaps, align product priorities to organizational goals, manage stakeholder relationships, establish governance, KPIs, and feedback loops, and ensure consistent product management practice across the Library.

Manage accessioning operations and workflows across NYPL research libraries, supervise processing staff, migrate accessioning into ArchivesSpace, establish physical and intellectual control of new and backlog acquisitions (including born-digital and audio/moving image), develop documentation and training, coordinate with curators, Collection Management, Conservation, and Digital Archives, and track accessioning metrics to align practices with national standards.
