Teams at The New York Public Library

Supports the implementation, operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, Internet, and telecommunications infrastructure. Assists with network hardware installation, configuration, testing, incident response, change management, vendor coordination, documentation, and infrastructure projects. Participates in on-call rotations and after-hours maintenance while collaborating with senior engineers, service providers, and internal technology teams to maintain secure, reliable connectivity across NYPL locations.

Lead and develop the Product Management team, define multi-year IT product strategy and roadmaps, align product priorities to organizational goals, manage stakeholder relationships, establish governance, KPIs, and feedback loops, and ensure consistent product management practice across the Library.
