Lead data & analytics strategy and BI operations for ticketing, marketing, and partnerships. Build predictive models, dashboards, and data governance; partner with leaders to inform pricing, yield management, personalization, and revenue forecasting. Hire, mentor, and scale the BI team while collaborating on data infrastructure and AI initiatives.

Support the Video Production & Game Presentation teams by shooting, lighting, and editing video content; capture player b-roll and interviews at practices and home games; assist game day production; organize and maintain video library; collaborate across teams while working in a fast-paced live-event environment.
