Reviews signed documents and approvals, obtains lender funding authorizations, balances and disburses escrow files, issues checks and wires, verifies Positive Pay exceptions, assists with reconciliations, and resolves escalated issues. The role requires residential title closing experience, preferably across multiple states, along with escrow accounting knowledge, strong organization, communication, and familiarity with title industry systems.

Supports high-priority strategic initiatives moving from pilot to national rollout. Owns field communications, reporting, tracker maintenance, and actionable updates across multiple markets. Partners with the Strategic Projects Manager to coordinate transformational real estate programs and gain experience in operations, reporting, and cross-functional communication.

Own the full partnership lifecycle: identify and secure brokerages, wholesalers, REO specialists, and referral networks; negotiate agreements; onboard and enable partners; develop go-to-market strategies; provide market insights to leadership and drive measurable acquisition and growth through strategic, executive-level relationships.
