The Director will oversee contract lifecycle management, maintain governance frameworks, ensure compliance, advise leadership, and collaborate with finance on contract matters.

Manage and execute quantitative and qualitative public opinion research for Navigator Research: design surveys and discussion guides, run analyses and regressions (SPSS), manage data infrastructure, produce written and visual reports, supervise interns/associates, and represent research externally.

Lead and execute communications strategy for the Economic Education Project’s district campaigns. Coach and advise on-the-ground communications staff, help hire district communications directors, draft messaging and press materials, identify rapid-response opportunities, and maximize earned media coverage to hold members of Congress accountable.

Support Federal Affairs, Strategic Communications, and Partnerships by tracking legislation, researching policy, drafting memos and external communications, staffing congressional and coalition meetings, attending hearings and coalition calls, maintaining contact lists, and helping with advocacy event logistics.

Support the abortion campaign through research and tracking of federal and state attacks, drafting materials, logistical support for events, maintaining storyteller network materials, and other campaign tasks to advance reproductive freedom.

Support campaign planning and execution for the Economic Education Project by drafting memos and training materials, recruiting and training storytellers, coordinating with communications and digital teams, providing logistical support for earned media events, attending partner meetings, and assisting with outreach and other campaign tasks.

Support the Economic Education Project by drafting and editing program memos, press and digital content, conducting media monitoring and basic research, providing logistical support for earned media events, attending partner meetings, and communicating with key partners. Assist with other campaign and communications tasks as assigned.

Lead finance team and external partners to manage accounting, budgeting, forecasting, GAAP-compliant month- and year-end close, cash flow, internal controls, and grant compliance. Advise COO and executive team with executive-level analysis, long-term financial planning, and cross-department initiatives to improve organizational performance and operational alignment with mission and growth objectives.

Manage social media programs, create and publish platform-specific content, oversee creator community and weekly newsletter, track performance and analytics, support virtual and in-person events, and serve as campaign point of contact to advance creator engagement and advocacy initiatives.
