Provides direct nursing care, first aid, emergency response, medication administration, and individualized health plans for students. Educates staff and families, documents care, communicates with physicians, and collaborates with school teams to promote student health, safety, wellness, and infection control.

As a Behavior Consultant, you will develop individualized behavior plans for students with behavioral challenges, collaborating with teachers and families to implement effective strategies.

Develop and oversee individualized behavior plans for students with autism and emotional or behavioral challenges. Conduct functional behavioral assessments, monitor progress, analyze behavioral data, and adjust interventions. Train teachers and staff on behavior strategies and data collection. Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to align behavioral goals with IEP objectives and support students’ academic, social, and developmental growth.
