Supervises special education instructional quality and staff development for students with autism and behavioral or developmental challenges. Responsibilities include mentoring teachers, observing classrooms, supporting curriculum alignment, monitoring regulatory and IEP compliance, participating in IEP meetings, delivering staff training, and collaborating with the Special Education Director to improve student outcomes and school operations.

Develop and oversee individualized behavior plans using functional behavioral assessments. Provide consultation, progress monitoring, staff training, multidisciplinary collaboration, and data-driven adjustments to support students with ASD and emotional/behavioral challenges.

Lead school and service systems supporting students ages 5–21 with autism and behavioral challenges. Ensure IEP compliance, participate in IEP meetings, coordinate staff training and professional development, collaborate with leadership, families, districts, and community stakeholders to implement programs and improve student outcomes.
