Teams at New Story Schools

Provide administrative support to staff, students, and visitors; manage correspondence, phone and mail; maintain organized files and student/employee records; support scheduling, meetings, office supplies, and general office operations.

Develop and implement individualized positive behavior support plans using functional behavioral assessments. Provide behavioral consultation, progress monitoring, and data analysis for students. Train and support teachers and staff on behavior strategies and data collection. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align behavioral goals with IEP objectives and adjust interventions to promote student success.

Lead instructional quality and staff development for special education teachers. Mentor staff, conduct classroom observations, ensure compliance with IEP processes and PDE regulations, participate in IEP meetings, deliver training, and partner with the Special Education Director to improve instructional outcomes and school operations.
