Act as the technical lead for partner GTM: enable partners through training, support complex pre-sales solution design and POVs, coordinate internal teams, oversee partner-led delivery, monitor project health, and surface feedback to Product and Practice teams.

Lead enterprise account acquisition and expansion across the Middle East from Dubai. Build strategic relationships, drive high-value pipeline and deal closures, coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customer value, and regularly travel regionally to grow consumption of New Relic's observability SaaS platform.

Lead frontend development for Log Management using React and TypeScript, build and maintain supporting Java backend services and APIs, participate in on-call reliability work, leverage AI coding assistants to accelerate development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring robust testing (unit and end-to-end).
