Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs from ideation through delivery within the Engineering organization. Manage schedules, risks, metrics, resources, roadblocks, stakeholder alignment, and issue resolution across distributed teams. Establish effective processes, facilitate meetings, and drive accountability. The role requires extensive software development project leadership, agile experience, strong program management expertise, and understanding of financial systems, accounting, SaaS, and software development lifecycles.

Leads and develops a team of technical program managers responsible for complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting organizational objectives. Oversees finance-related programs, engineering efficiency, productivity, execution, risk management, and strategic trade-offs. Partners with executives and teams across sales, marketing, finance, customer success, and support to deliver new capabilities. Coaches program managers, builds organizational capability, and drives measurable outcomes through technical program management practices.

Leads New Relic’s global visual and conceptual brand identity across campaigns, digital experiences, product launches, events, and executive communications. Manages and mentors a multidisciplinary creative team, develops campaign creative strategy, partners with marketing and executive stakeholders, translates complex technical concepts into compelling visuals, uses analytics and AI to optimize production, and oversees external agencies and creative partners.
