Support children and young people with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and complex needs in a specialist education setting. Lead small-group and individual learning activities, adapt support to individual needs, collaborate with teaching and residential care teams, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment. The role also requires safeguarding compliance and participation in training and professional development.

Support students aged 7–18 with autism, learning disabilities, communication difficulties, complex needs, and behavioral challenges. Work alongside teachers in small classes, provide one-to-one and small-group support, implement individualized learning programs, assist with personal care, and use calm, therapeutic behavior-management approaches. The role includes safeguarding responsibilities, training, professional development, and participation in a supportive specialist education environment.

Support individual secondary-school students with social, emotional and mental health needs in lessons, outdoor education and trips. Provide one-to-one and group support, follow positive behaviour support and safeguarding procedures, and work collaboratively with the school team to deliver tailored educational and vocational programmes.
