Provide individual support and cover lessons as a qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant. Deliver SEMH interventions, attachment-based nurture and positive behaviour support within a small special school. Work as an active team member, support students with autism, ADHD and trauma, follow safeguarding procedures, and undergo enhanced DBS checks and therapeutic training.

Support individual secondary-school students with social, emotional and mental health needs in lessons, outdoor education and trips. Provide one-to-one and group support, follow positive behaviour support and safeguarding procedures, and work collaboratively with the school team to deliver tailored educational and vocational programmes.
