Develop and support IBM Maximo EAM/WAM solutions across the full software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include architecture, configuration, customizations, workflows, BIRT reporting, integrations with enterprise systems, production support, technical documentation, and stakeholder collaboration. The role requires expertise in Maximo 7.x and MAS 8, Maximo Integration Framework, cloud deployments, DevOps, mobile workforce management, and utility-industry asset management.

Coordinates and improves the IT disaster recovery program by maintaining recovery plans, organizing recovery tests, validating backups, tracking readiness and compliance, documenting risks and dependencies, and supporting audits. Partners with IT, cybersecurity, business continuity teams, stakeholders, and vendors to strengthen resilience for systems, applications, infrastructure, and data. Supports incident and recovery events outside normal hours, including 24x7x365 coverage as needed, with occasional travel to company facilities.

Supports the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of business applications. Responsibilities include software development across the full lifecycle, REST API and system integration work, deployments, testing, documentation, incident response, performance monitoring, and production support. The role partners with business and technical teams, applies secure coding and source-control practices, and uses AI-assisted development tools. A bachelor’s degree and up to three years of relevant experience are required.
