Leads budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, performance analysis, management reporting, and business decision support. Evaluates profitability, capital investments, costs, operational performance, manufacturing variances, and productivity initiatives. Partners with leadership to improve financial results and presents recommendations. Manages, coaches, and develops FP&A staff while improving forecasting accuracy and processes.

Manage and optimize production schedules across corrugated converting plants, balancing machine capacity, staffing, materials, changeovers, maintenance, and shipping needs. Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, Production, Logistics, Quality, and Procurement to address delays, shortages, rush orders, and customer escalations. Maintain ERP/MRP production data, inventory accuracy, lead-time updates, factory tickets, and daily planning outlooks while supporting continuous improvement, safety compliance, and production operations.

Manage and optimize production schedules for two corrugated box plants, ensuring material availability, machine assignments, and on-time delivery. Use ERP/MRP systems to enter and track production data, coordinate with Customer Service, Production, Shipping and Procurement, schedule preventive maintenance, monitor performance metrics, and support continuous improvement, inventory counts, and emergency adjustments.
