Provides front-desk, mailroom, office supply, meeting, reporting, and administrative support for HR and safety functions. Greets visitors, manages calls and deliveries, maintains visitor logs, orders supplies and lunches, tracks training records, prepares workforce reports, audits timecards, assists with invoices and attendance administration, and supports event planning. Requires professionalism, organization, communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and at least one year of administrative experience.

Provides on-site IT and OT support across two manufacturing facilities. Resolves help desk tickets, troubleshoots hardware and software, supports users, installs PCs and networking equipment, maintains inventories and documentation, and coordinates with infrastructure and security teams. The role also supports business continuity, process improvement, technology projects, reporting, and vendor agreements. Requires availability for flexible schedules, emergency call-ins, occasional inter-site travel, and physical tasks including lifting up to 40 pounds.

Designs, deploys, and oversees enterprise IT/OT infrastructure across servers, storage, networks, virtualization, cloud, backups, and Microsoft environments. Leads infrastructure projects, resolves escalated issues, manages vendors, mentors teams, supports 24/7 manufacturing operations, and ensures performance, security, compliance, disaster recovery, patching, documentation, and continuous improvement across North American sites.
