Operate and monitor automatic strapping equipment to bundle finished corrugated products, perform visual quality inspections, clear minor jams, replace consumables, assist machine operators with changeovers, maintain production counts and a safe, organized work area, and follow safety and housekeeping standards.

Manage and optimize production schedules for two corrugated box plants, ensuring material availability, machine assignments, and on-time delivery. Use ERP/MRP systems to enter and track production data, coordinate with Customer Service, Production, Shipping and Procurement, schedule preventive maintenance, monitor performance metrics, and support continuous improvement, inventory counts, and emergency adjustments.

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production and facility equipment. Perform mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC and some PLC work, preventive and emergency repairs, and read equipment manuals. Use hand/power tools and material handling equipment to maximize machine uptime and support special projects.
