Processes accurate, timely payroll; calculates wages, deductions, taxes, and overtime; maintains payroll records; reconciles accounts; administers benefits and ACA compliance; responds to employee inquiries; prepares reports; and supports audits. The role requires payroll tax, wage-and-hour, benefits, confidentiality, reporting, and compliance expertise while collaborating with HR, Finance, and benefits providers.

Provide HR support for employee relations, workers' compensation, leave/accommodation (FMLA/ADA), OSHA recordkeeping, investigations, and compliance. Coordinate documentation, case follow-up, communications, and HRIS record maintenance to promote a safe, compliant employee experience.

Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision of direct-care staff in a residential youth treatment setting, ensuring trauma-informed, safe, structured care. Oversee staff performance, scheduling, documentation, incident response, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement to support youth engagement and staff wellbeing.

Supervise the residential milieu and staff in a youth behavioral treatment unit. Implement and enforce treatment plans and special procedures, oversee shift meetings, ensure safety and documentation of incidents, coach Team Leaders and counselors, maintain unit cleanliness, and report unusual situations to management.
