Supports the pre-admission referral process by receiving, reviewing, documenting, routing, and tracking inquiries and referral packets. Communicates with clients, families, referral sources, clinical staff, and external resources; maintains accurate EHR/EMR records in compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality requirements; monitors eligibility criteria and referral dispositions; and assists with satisfaction surveys, trend reporting, and referral-related metrics.

Provide HR support for employee relations, workers' compensation, leave/accommodation (FMLA/ADA), OSHA recordkeeping, investigations, and compliance. Coordinate documentation, case follow-up, communications, and HRIS record maintenance to promote a safe, compliant employee experience.

Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision of direct-care staff in a residential youth treatment setting, ensuring trauma-informed, safe, structured care. Oversee staff performance, scheduling, documentation, incident response, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement to support youth engagement and staff wellbeing.

Perform advanced bookkeeping, invoice and payment processing, bank and vendor reconciliations, monthly journal entries, tax filings, and support financial statement preparation. Manage purchasing, supplier negotiations, purchase orders, inventory monitoring, and procurement forecasting while ensuring accurate records and audit readiness.

Supervise the residential milieu and staff in a youth behavioral treatment unit. Implement and enforce treatment plans and special procedures, oversee shift meetings, ensure safety and documentation of incidents, coach Team Leaders and counselors, maintain unit cleanliness, and report unusual situations to management.

Supervise residential milieu and staff in a behavioral health program for children and adolescents. Ensure treatment plan implementation, oversee daily unit operations, supervise documentation and incident reports, support staff development, and maintain safety and cleanliness. Reports to Program Director and may administer medication.
