Provide case management for assigned residents in a youth residential treatment setting: coordinate treatment services, complete documentation (PCPs, Child & Family Team meetings), liaise with families, funding sources and agencies, participate in treatment planning with clinicians and psychiatrist, conduct discharge planning, and support peer review and coverage of other case managers as needed.

Coordinate, monitor, and document individualized service plans for juvenile residents; collaborate with clinical team, families, and external agencies; facilitate treatment meetings and discharge planning; ensure regulatory, Medicaid, and HIPAA-compliant documentation; advocate for access to clinical, educational, medical, and social services; respond to crises as needed.

Provide case management for assigned residents: coordinate treatment services, complete required documentation (CFTs, PCPs), participate in treatment team planning with psychiatrist, communicate with families/guardians/referral agencies, manage funding-source reporting, perform active discharge planning, facilitate visitations, and strengthen family/kinship relationships.

Coordinate weekend staffing, approve shift changes, manage time-off and attendance, operate front desk (greet visitors, answer phones, manage visitation), support onboarding and training, maintain employee records, and serve as liaison for employee inquiries while preserving confidentiality.

Supervise the residential milieu and staff in a youth behavioral treatment unit. Implement and enforce treatment plans and special procedures, oversee shift meetings, ensure safety and documentation of incidents, coach Team Leaders and counselors, maintain unit cleanliness, and report unusual situations to management.

Supervise residential milieu and staff in a behavioral health program for children and adolescents. Ensure treatment plan implementation, oversee daily unit operations, supervise documentation and incident reports, support staff development, and maintain safety and cleanliness. Reports to Program Director and may administer medication.
