Support multi-channel communications for the Tow Youth Justice Institute: write and produce newsletters, website copy, brochures, press materials, social media, update media lists, recommend communications improvements, organize events, ensure branding, and collaborate with faculty, staff and students.

Provide frontline financial aid customer service, perform needs analysis, package and verify awards, process loans and aid for study-away students, generate reports, present aid workshops, maintain compliance with federal/state regulations, propose process improvements, and support Office operations and student events.

Provide research and information literacy instruction, liaise with academic departments, develop online and in-person instructional materials and assessments, offer research consultations and multi-channel reference support, manage collection development tasks, and collaborate on digital learning objects and course-embedded library modules.

Coordinate campus event reservations and logistics via the Event Management System (EMS). Serve as primary contact for student organizations, manage Eventbrite pages and payouts, maintain EMS room images/amenities, create setup worksheets, integrate Social Tables diagrams, track approvals/permits, and support office operations and annual scheduling blocks.

Lead design, construction, and oversight of capital projects and deferred maintenance. Develop budgets, scopes, schedules, regulatory approvals, and coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and university stakeholders. Monitor project performance, commissioning, transitions to operations, and compliance. Provide strategic planning, cost/feasibility analysis, contract negotiation, and resource allocation to support the university's facilities and long-range objectives.

Lead and administer the on-ground BS Paramedicine program including curriculum development, faculty supervision, accreditation compliance, student advising, clinical coordination, budgeting, community partnerships, and program assessment.

Coordinate and maintain clinical sites and preceptors, schedule and oversee student clinical rotations and internships, ensure compliance with OSHA/vaccination requirements, provide BLS/ALS clinical instruction, evaluate student performance, participate in accreditation activities, and support program faculty and administration.

Lead and oversee university accounting and accounts payable functions: maintain general ledger integrity, manage quarterly and year-end close, coordinate audits, perform reconciliations, oversee treasury and Form 990 preparation, implement policies and systems, supervise staff, ensure GAAP and regulatory compliance, and partner with campus departments to resolve accounting and payment issues.
