Manages the University’s Military & Veteran Affairs office, supporting military-affiliated students from recruitment through graduation. Oversees VA benefit certification, regulatory compliance, referrals, student success, Veteran Center operations, VA Work Study, budgets, outreach, ROTC and veteran programs, community partnerships, training, events, and institutional surveys. Serves as the primary campus resource and School Certifying Official while coordinating cross-departmental support and military-friendly initiatives.

Advise students and alumni on career exploration, resumes, interviews, internships, job searches, graduate school, and career assessments. Develop and deliver workshops and customized career-readiness programs, collaborate with faculty and student affairs teams, manage career events and resources through Handshake, maintain advising records and metrics, and support employer, alumni, academic, and student engagement initiatives.

Plans and executes undergraduate and graduate recruitment events, including open houses, information sessions, webinars, receptions, and campus visits. Supervises and manages the student Charger Ambassador program, coordinates event logistics and CRM workflows in Slate, supports communications, leads information sessions, responds to prospective student inquiries, and represents the university at regional recruitment events. The role requires collaboration with admissions and campus partners, local travel, occasional evenings and weekends, and physical event setup support.

Provides supplemental academic advising and crisis case management for university students. The Advisor monitors academic progress, conducts proactive outreach, develops Academic Success Plans, coordinates interventions with campus offices, supports orientation and registration, and advocates for students facing academic, personal, or situational challenges. The role requires collaboration with faculty and administrators, confidential information handling, student counseling, and occasional evening or weekend availability.

Lead and oversee university accounting and accounts payable functions: maintain general ledger integrity, manage quarterly and year-end close, coordinate audits, perform reconciliations, oversee treasury and Form 990 preparation, implement policies and systems, supervise staff, ensure GAAP and regulatory compliance, and partner with campus departments to resolve accounting and payment issues.

Coordinate and implement training and technical assistance programs, develop project plans and curricula, lead applicant selection and training sessions, manage logistics and presenter relations, and support the Senior Project Manager to ensure successful program delivery across multiple youth justice and restorative practice initiatives.

Provide frontline financial aid customer service, perform needs analysis, package and verify awards, process loans and aid for study-away students, generate reports, present aid workshops, maintain compliance with federal/state regulations, propose process improvements, and support Office operations and student events.

Lead design, construction, and oversight of capital projects and deferred maintenance. Develop budgets, scopes, schedules, regulatory approvals, and coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and university stakeholders. Monitor project performance, commissioning, transitions to operations, and compliance. Provide strategic planning, cost/feasibility analysis, contract negotiation, and resource allocation to support the university's facilities and long-range objectives.
