Plans and executes undergraduate and graduate recruitment events, including open houses, information sessions, webinars, receptions, and campus visits. Supervises and manages the student Charger Ambassador program, coordinates event logistics and CRM workflows in Slate, supports communications, leads information sessions, responds to prospective student inquiries, and represents the university at regional recruitment events. The role requires collaboration with admissions and campus partners, local travel, occasional evenings and weekends, and physical event setup support.

Provides executive and administrative support to the Vice President while coordinating departmental operations, projects, corporate partnership engagement, reporting, data management, and events. Maintains calendars, records, databases, workflows, dashboards, and performance metrics; coordinates employer and stakeholder communications; manages event logistics; prepares reports and presentations; and supports strategic initiatives across career development and corporate partnership programs.

Leads the Better Than Ready Center and strategic partnerships, overseeing staff, programs, employer engagement, workforce development, innovation adoption, experiential learning, budgets, and performance metrics. Builds corporate and community relationships that create student employment pipelines and learning opportunities. Drives cross-functional institutional change, digital transformation, talent strategies, and organizational improvement while advising senior university leadership.
