Manages the University’s Military & Veteran Affairs office, supporting military-affiliated students from recruitment through graduation. Oversees VA benefit certification, regulatory compliance, referrals, student success, Veteran Center operations, VA Work Study, budgets, outreach, ROTC and veteran programs, community partnerships, training, events, and institutional surveys. Serves as the primary campus resource and School Certifying Official while coordinating cross-departmental support and military-friendly initiatives.

Advise students and alumni on career exploration, resumes, interviews, internships, job searches, graduate school, and career assessments. Develop and deliver workshops and customized career-readiness programs, collaborate with faculty and student affairs teams, manage career events and resources through Handshake, maintain advising records and metrics, and support employer, alumni, academic, and student engagement initiatives.

Plans and executes undergraduate and graduate recruitment events, including open houses, information sessions, webinars, receptions, and campus visits. Supervises and manages the student Charger Ambassador program, coordinates event logistics and CRM workflows in Slate, supports communications, leads information sessions, responds to prospective student inquiries, and represents the university at regional recruitment events. The role requires collaboration with admissions and campus partners, local travel, occasional evenings and weekends, and physical event setup support.
