Prepare monthly Housing Choice Voucher and Housing Assistance Payment reports through federal systems, interpret federal accounting regulations, maintain compliant accounting processes, prepare financial statements for federal agencies, and collaborate across departments to ensure data integrity and stewardship of public funds.

Coordinates multifamily housing programs, system improvements, implementation activities, compliance documentation, reporting, inspections, lead abatement scopes, and Section 811 vacancy management. Collaborates with contractors, property managers, and state partners while supporting federal housing program compliance and operational processes.

Evaluates affordable housing development proposals and financing structures, including LIHTC and tax-exempt bonds. Analyzes budgets, development costs, rental projections, financial documents, and third-party reports to assess project viability and lending risks. Builds relationships with developers and partners, supports transactions through closing, promotes financing programs, and ensures compliance with complex federal and state regulations.

Leads legislative and government affairs, monitors policy and regulatory developments, advises executive leadership, develops policy positions and testimony, builds relationships with policymakers and stakeholders, and advocates for affordable housing initiatives across New Hampshire.

Leads daily accounting operations, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and annual external audits. Oversees accurate transaction processing and accounting reports while coaching and developing an accounting team. Requires strong accounting expertise, federal and state reporting experience, GASB knowledge, financial systems proficiency, and at least three years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience.
