Provide full-time administrative and reception support for a small special-needs school: welcome visitors, answer phones, manage security gates, perform site administration using Microsoft Office and the Arbor MIS (training provided), and support safeguarding and employment checks (DBS).

Provide one-to-one and small-group academic and emotional support to vulnerable students (ASD, SEMH, attachment difficulties). Implement behaviour plans and therapeutic strategies, maintain accurate records, communicate with staff, parents and agencies, follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures, and support students' access to education.

Support vulnerable students across four schools by implementing and monitoring behaviour and attendance action plans, recording incidents, liaising with teachers and parents, supervising students during breaks and assemblies, and assisting with Individual Behaviour Plans to help students access the curriculum.

Lead and manage SEN provision at a school site: assess pupils, design and deliver interventions, support and train teachers, liaise with parents and external agencies, monitor progress, and implement SEN strategy and resources.

Provide emotional and academic support to small groups of vulnerable students (ASD, attachment difficulties, SEMH). Implement behaviour plans and therapeutic techniques, break down learning, maintain accurate records, communicate with SLT, parents and agencies, follow safeguarding and health & safety policies, and participate in training.

Volunteer governors provide strategic oversight of schools, acting as a 'critical friend' to hold leaders to account for educational performance, represent the community, ask probing questions, make objective judgments, attend meetings, and occasionally visit schools during the day.
