The role involves managing sales opportunities in the life sciences sector, building partnerships, formulating business strategies, and expanding growth within a designated territory.

Develop and characterize novel protein expression, analysis, and modification reagents and workflows for protein engineering, synthetic biology, and biomanufacturing. Build automated high-throughput assays, conduct proof-of-principle experiments, support product launches, analyze data, and collaborate with internal teams, customers, and academic or commercial partners. Translate advances in cell-free biology, enzyme engineering, and computational protein engineering into development programs while communicating technical results to stakeholders.

The Paralegal prepares, reviews, and negotiates various contracts, ensuring compliance and effective communication with stakeholders. Supports corporate governance and compliance efforts.

Support production of DNA-assembly related products by managing formulations, performing product-specific QC, coordinating manufacturing with Production Planning, fulfilling custom/OEM orders, maintaining documentation, troubleshooting product issues, transferring new products to production, and assisting customers with technical inquiries.

Conduct research on the evolutionary origin of RNA 5' caps by identifying RNA caps across systems, developing enzyme- and sequencing-based assays (Illumina, ONT), analyzing results, publishing findings, presenting at conferences, and mentoring graduate and undergraduate interns.
