As a Development Scientist I, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, lead custom product development projects, design and validate new assays, and collaborate with teams to meet quality standards.

Design, build, validate, and maintain end-to-end laboratory automation workflows using liquid handlers and integrated instrumentation. Optimize and troubleshoot high-throughput NGS and other assay workflows, implement automation platforms, evaluate new equipment, translate manual assays to automated methods, create SOPs/training materials, and support internal teams and customers on automated protocols.

The role involves managing sales opportunities in the life sciences sector, building partnerships, formulating business strategies, and expanding growth within a designated territory.
